How I Deliver Sessions

Sessions together can be:

in person in a private therapy space in Wadebridge, Cornwall
online via a secure platform
in the outdoors as a walk-and-talk therapy session

Free Initial Consultation

This free, no obligation, session is held over the telephone lasting up to 20 minutes. It is a a chance to explore what has brought you to this place, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

It provides opportunity to discuss your counselling requirements and how I may need to adapt my practice to fit your unique way of experiencing the world. We will also use the time to answer any questions you may have and, if you wish to proceed, discuss next steps.

Remember, finding the right counsellor is important so there's no obligation for you to continue after this initial consultation.

Price List

Counselling Session £55

This can be indoors, online or a Walk-and-Talk therapy session lasting up to 1 hour.

Creative Counselling Session £75

This is an indoor counselling session incorporating art for wellbeing creative activities and lasts for up to 90 mins.

Concessionary Rate £40

I offer concessionary rates to:

students (including trainee counsellors)
low income households
